Monthly rent $450 plus utilities ($30 - $80 depending on season and use), $450 deposit.

The room for rent, is approx. 12x13 feet above the Garage and is facing West.
The room is on the second floor in a 2100 sq ft 5 BR home in North West Santa Rosa, Coffey Park.

You will share the home with me and 2 more tenants who rent 1 room each.
The 5th room is a guest room downstairs for my children who usually stay once a week.

You share the bathroom and shower upstairs.
Share refrigerator, washer and dryer (or use outside clothes line).
The house/room has wireless Internet access and multiple phone lines.

We share utilities equally (approx. $30-$80 per month per person).
We are looking for a quiet, clean, non-smoking/no drugs, environmentally oriented house mate.
Outside/in room pet (cat etc.) negotiable.

You are invited to share some meals and other social activities with us or be on your own.
First month rent and $450 deposit moves you in.
