 Monthly rent $800 (or $450 each for two parties)

The rooms for rent, (pictured below) are 12x13 feet with closets.

The rooms are on the second floor in a 2100 sq ft 5 BR home in North West Santa Rosa, Coffey Park.

They are facing West and are above the Garage.

You will share the home with me and 1 additional male who rents one room.

The 5th room is a guest room for my children who usually stay once a week.

The rooms have a bathroom (share shower).  

Share refrigerator, washer and dryer (or use outside clothes line).

The house has wireless Internet access and the rooms have phone lines and are wired for Cable TV.

We split utilities equally (approx. $40-$80 per month per person).

We are looking for a quiet, clean, non-smoking/no drugs, environmentally oriented house mate.

First month rent plus one month deposit moves you in.
